Library session for ENG4101: Research Methodology - Fall 2024

ULAB Library carried out a comprehensive session on citation and reference management; plagiarism and academic integrity; and effective searching of learning resources on 06 November 2024 for the Department of English and Humanities students enrolled in the ENG4101: Research Methodology course. Respected faculty member Arifa Ghani Rahman, DEH arranged the session, K M Hasan Emam, Joint librarian at ULAB led these trainings. 

The library team demonstrated the citation and reference management tool Zotero, Similarity and AI detection software Turnitin and its Google Docs extension Draft Coach to empower the participants toward original academic writing. They also received guidance on accessing JSTOR and other online resources for sharpening their learning experiences.
