HelpDesk is an Information and instant reference service Platform for users. It serves as the main point of contact for most of the library services.­­­

Plagiarism Check/Turnitin:  
We check the plagiarism of students’ papers through Turnitin. Submit your papers to us with your Name, ID, and Paper title at – [email protected]

Remote Access: 
ULAB Library provides remote access to JSTOR through Google sign-in with ULAB email. User can read and download peer-reviewed journal articles, case studies, book chapters, and reports from JSTOR with their ULAB email. Contact us – [email protected]

BBRI Resources & Business Data: 
Bangladesh Business Reference Initiative (BBRI) is an effort to collect business-related publications of Bangladesh. Users can get annual reports of DSE-listed companies and their business data. Contact us – [email protected]

Thesis/Internship reports:  
ULAB Library provides internship reports, project reports, thesis, and dissertation samples to the user who is writing a thesis/dissertation or internship report. Users can receive a maximum of one report to generate ideas about writing a report. Contact us – [email protected]

Article Request: 
Library provides article service to the users and researchers based on requests from subscribed, registered, open-source resources as well as directly from author and publisher. Contact us – [email protected]

Scanning Request: 
Library provides scanning service to users from the resources available in library stock. We process the request of the users only for a chapter or 10% of any book or an article. Contact us [email protected]
