Training on Turnitin for the students of Strategic Public Relations- MSJ 11341

On August 16, 2023, the ULAB Library organized two training sessions on Turnitin tailored for students enrolled in the Strategic PR course taught by the esteemed faculty member Habib Mohammad Ali, PhD, Media Studies and Journalism. The sessions began with a welcome address by Deputy Librarian Kamal Hossain, he highlighted the importance of Academic integrity and the use of Turnitin for convenient research and writing. The sessions, led by Noman Hossain from ULAB Library, delved into a comprehensive exploration of Turnitin software's functionalities. The participants gained insights into plagiarism prevention strategies, received guidance on utilizing AI writing tools judiciously, and discovered the benefits of the Turnitin draft coach feature.

Attendees actively participated by posing insightful questions and engaging in discussions. Their enthusiasm highlighted the value of the training in enhancing their academic and ethical writing practices.
