Meeting with RFID vendor Electrohome

On 28 November 2023, the University of Liberal Arts Bangladesh hosted a meeting with delegates from Electrohome, the RFID vendor. The purpose of the meeting was to discuss post-installation service, maintenance, product specifications, agreement terms & conditions, and license agreements. The attendees included Mirza Sadrul Alam (Director of ULAB IT), K.M. Hasan Emam (Joint Librarian of ULAB Library), Abu Raihan (Deputy Manager of the Purchase Office), officials from both the Library and IT office, and Mithun Modak from Electrohome.

During the meeting, Mr. Emam inquired about the operations and setup of the RFID gate, conversion & circulation devices, and the vendor addressed these concerns. Representatives from ULAB IT discussed the product specifications & software maintenance.
